The cyclette arrived very well packed and within 10 days from placing an order online. The Company right from the beginning sent out emails containing all the necessary information regarding delivery and other important issues and also when and who would be delivery the product. Once the product arrived it was easy to assemble because the instructions were very precise. It is robust and I can say that I have received a worthy product for the money I spent. Using the Cyclette has been a wonderful experience and a obviously a good workout. I highly recommend the product and the Supplier
